As the founder and creative force behind her own personal training business, Trudie prides herself in encouraging her clients to achieve and celebrate their goals, regardless of fitness level or background. What’s your secret to starting the day off right?
Reading my bible, repeating my affirmations and setting my intentions.
As cliche as they may sound, I find the days I neglect one or any of these, my day goes awry or I can’t seem to manage the calamities thrown my way.
How do you honor your body and stay active?
MAKE and HONOR my workout time. That’s non-negotiable. Also, learning what movements and foods work with my body. Just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean it’s good for me!

What fuels your soul?
Nature and movement. Being out in my backyard doing something in nature just gives me a HIGH!
What motivates you to stay the path?
My clients. I work with women over 40 and when we get to the point where they actually LOVE looking at their bodies naked in the mirror, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment for helping them arrive there.
